I’m Casey Ginsberg, LMSW, an online therapist in Michigan who believes no one should have to navigate life’s most difficult seasons alone.
I provide therapy to older teens and adults throughout Michigan who may be experiencing grief and loss, anxiety and overwhelm, caregiving challenges, illness and aging, parenthood, relationship changes, or other major life transitions.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, better understand what you’re experiencing, and move forward at your own pace.
Therapy does not require you to arrive with everything figured out. We can begin with what feels most pressing and work together to understand your experiences, identify what you need, and develop a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
I recognize that grief can take many forms. It may follow a death, but it can also accompany illness, caregiving, divorce, changing relationships, parenthood, career changes, identity changes, or the loss of an expected future. Whatever brings you to therapy, your experience deserves care and attention.

CG Therapy provides secure telehealth sessions to older teens and adults located throughout Michigan. Online therapy allows you to receive personalized support from a private and comfortable setting without having to travel to an office.
